FIGHT IN THE DARK

BACK TO GAME

ABSTRACT

Blindshot is a minimalist 1v1 top-down multiplayer shooter where darkness and limited vision define the core gameplay experience. Players navigate a pitch-black arena using only a flashlight, creating intense cat-and-mouse encounters. Built with Node.js and Socket.io for real-time multiplayer networking, the game features tactical shooting mechanics with projectile-based bullets, a health system with collectible powerups, and competitive first-to-five-kills matches. With room-based matchmaking, rematch functionality, and persistent session statistics, Blindshot delivers a tense, arcade-style competitive experience that challenges players to master combat in complete darkness.
